Your Raqami digital card is a dynamic, cloud-hosted profile that you can share via a unique URL, a custom QR code, or an NFC tap. Create it once and update it anytime—all changes are instant and reflected across all your sharing methods.
A. Quick Start — Create a Card (Less than 2 minutes)
- Activate & Login: After receiving your card, tap or scan it to activate your account. Login using your registered email or OAuth provider.
- Create Card: From your dashboard, click Create Card or New Profile.
- Fill Basic Info: Add your full name, job title, and company.
- Upload Visuals: Add a profile photo (500×500px recommended) and your company logo.
- Add Contacts: Enter your phone number (with country code), email, and website.
- Link Socials: Paste the URLs for your social media profiles (see detailed guide in Section 3).
- Publish: Preview your card, save the changes, and it's instantly live!
B. Managing & Editing Your Card
- To edit any field, go to Dashboard → My Cards → Edit. Saving your changes will publish them instantly.
- Your card's URL and QR code are always live. Any changes you make in the portal will be visible to anyone who views your card.
- For your NFC card, the tag points to the same URL. You don't need to reprogram the card; simply update your profile in the portal.
A. Where to Tap the Card on a Phone
- iPhones (XR and newer): Tap the Raqami Card to the top-center on the back of the iPhone, near the camera area.
- Android Phones: Tap the Raqami Card to the center of the back of the phone. The NFC antenna location can vary, but the center is most common.
B. How to Link Your Card to a Physical NFC Card
- In the portal, copy your unique card URL (e.g.,
https://app.raqami.qa/r/your-slug). - Using an NFC-enabled phone or a device provided by our setup page, tap the blank physical card.
- When prompted, paste your card URL and confirm. The tag is now programmed to redirect to your digital profile.
When a recipient taps your card or scans your QR code, your profile will open in their phone’s browser.
- They simply tap the Save Contact button on your digital card.
- This will either download a vCard (.vcf) file or trigger their phone's native contact-saving dialog.
- On iPhones, they will be prompted to "Add to Contacts." On Android, they can select their contacts app to import the file.

A. Social Media Profile URLs
Find the exact URL for your profiles to link them correctly to your card.
- LinkedIn (Desktop): Go to your profile and copy the URL from the address bar (e.g.,
https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname). - Instagram: Go to your profile on a desktop and copy the URL (e.g.,
https://www.instagram.com/yourhandle/). - Facebook: Navigate to your business page or personal profile and copy the URL from the address bar.
- Google Review: Search for your business on Google, open the reviews panel, click "Write a review," then use the "Share" button to copy the direct link.
B. How to Embed Videos & Other Media
For rich media, you'll need the embed code or a public share link.
- YouTube: Open the video you want to embed, click Share, then select Embed. Copy the entire
<iframe>code and paste it into your card editor. - Vimeo: Click the "Share" button on your video, copy the embed
<iframe>code, and paste it. - Google Maps: Navigate to your location, click Share, then Embed a map, and copy the
<iframe>code. - PDFs: Upload your PDF to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive) and get a public share link. Paste this link into the "Documents" field on your card.

Common Issues & Solutions
- NFC not detected: Ensure NFC is enabled on the phone. Remove metal phone cases. Try tapping in a slightly different area or with another phone.
- QR code not scanning: Check for proper lighting and a clear, undamaged print. Ensure the QR code is not partially covered.
- Embedded video not playing: Ensure the video is public or unlisted (not private) and that the embed code is correct.
- Card content not updating: Changes are instant, but on some devices, it may take a few seconds to refresh. Try clearing the browser cache.

Printing & Replacement
- Printing: For best results, provide a vector logo (SVG/AI/EPS) or a high-res PNG (300 DPI) with a CMYK color profile.
- Replacements: For faulty or damaged cards, submit a replacement request via a support ticket. We offer a standard 1-year warranty.
